The locked drawer
Contain a problem that keeps spilling into hours and rooms where it does not belong.
What you’ll need
- A drawer or lidded box
- An index card
- A key or paper clip
The ritual
- Write the problem and the hours when you will address it on the card.
- Place the card in the drawer with the key or paper clip resting over it.
- Close the drawer and say, “You remain here until your appointed time.”
- Open it only during the written hours; when the issue is settled, remove and tear up the card.
