The knot against meddling
Tangle repeated interference until it loses its path into your affairs.
What you’ll need
- A length of rough cord
- Three small paper labels
- A pair of scissors
The ritual
- On the labels write “questions,” “pressure,” and “intrusion,” or three forms the meddling takes.
- Tie each label into the cord with a tight knot.
- Braid the loose ends back around the knots so no label hangs free.
- Cut away the remaining cord and discard it outside the home; keep the knotted piece in a closed drawer.
