What you’ll need
- A washable ink pad
- An index card
- A pencil
The ritual
- Write the decision in one sentence on the card.
- Press your thumb into the washable ink, then place your print beneath the sentence.
- Write “Mine to make” across the dry print.
- Keep the card with your plans and wash the ink from your hands.
