The charcoal mark of banishment
Black out a recurring intrusion and remove its mark from your space.
What you’ll need
- A charcoal pencil
- Scrap paper
- A white eraser
The ritual
- Draw the intrusion as a simple symbol at the center of the paper.
- Cover the symbol completely with dense charcoal strokes.
- Erase one clean path through the dark field from center to edge.
- Tear along that path, discard the covered symbol, and keep the blank edge as a reminder of the exit.
