What you’ll need
- A pinch of coarse salt
- A small dish
- A brush or cloth
The ritual
- Name the influence you refuse and pour the salt into the dish.
- Draw a short line of salt inside the threshold of your room or workspace.
- Stand behind it and state one boundary you will keep in practical terms.
- After sunset, sweep up the salt and discard it away from the threshold.
