The bell jar abundance
A bell jar working with an echo captured, contained, and deliberately released to focus attention on sustainable resources and the next practical step.
Meaning and practice
This abundance is organized around an echo captured, contained, and deliberately released. Bell and jar give an echo a temporary vessel without confusing it for a permanent voice. The bell jar action therefore asks for judgment, not passive belief: “Which message keeps reverberating after its source is gone?”
Write the repeated message, identify its original speaker, and answer it in your own words. That demand is what distinguishes this bell jar rite from another abundance: its conclusion depends on the specific problem carried by a small bell and an empty jar, not on a generic promise of change.

The source records historical uses and meanings of objects in the same family as a small bell and an empty jar. Bell and jar give an echo a temporary vessel without confusing it for a permanent voice. This working applies that documented motif to focus attention on sustainable resources and the next practical step; its wording and sequence are original to Okkult.
What you’ll need
- A small bell and an empty jar
- A folded cloth
- A paper strip and pencil
- A timer
- A small savings envelope
- Three paper money labels
The ritual
- Test the bell softly and place the empty jar on the cloth. Set the timer for one minute so listening has a defined end. Arrange the workspace specifically for this abundance, removing anything that will not be used.
- Label the slips NEED, RESERVE, and GROWTH, then assign a realistic amount or resource to each. Keep this question visible while you work: “Which message keeps reverberating after its source is gone?”
- Ring the bell once over the open jar, then place the lid loosely on top. Align a small bell and an empty jar with the written quantity, date, or resource so the desired abundance remains measurable.
- Put only the next funded priority in the envelope. Say “What I tend with care has room to grow,” leave the other labels visible, and write the repeated message, identify its original speaker, and answer it in your own words.
- Open the jar after the sound has faded and return both objects to their places. Take the written financial, work, or household action within one day.
